Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited ("Truetech", "we", "us") covering your use of the Belong Android app and this website. Truetech is a single member company incorporated in Pakistan with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, CUIN 0350021, registered office Gulshan-e-Mohammadi, Sakrand, District Nawab Shah (Shaheed Benazirabad), Sindh 67210, Pakistan.
By installing or using Belong you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
What Belong is, and what it is not
Belong is a study tool for the civics and English parts of the U.S. naturalization test. It shows the official USCIS civics questions and answers, lets you practice them, and runs a practice interview.
Belong is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. government or any government agency.
Belong is not legal advice. Nothing in the app or on this website is legal advice about your immigration case, your application or how to answer any question on Form N-400. For advice about your own case, talk to an immigration attorney or an accredited representative.
Belong does not guarantee any result. Practicing with Belong does not guarantee that you will pass the civics test, the English test or your interview. The decision is made by USCIS.
Who can use Belong
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Belong is not directed to children.
Content and accuracy
- Civics questions and their accepted answers are copied from the official USCIS study materials. The N-400 questions are quoted from Form N-400, edition 01/20/25, and the app shows that source under each question.
- Explanations, the wrong options in quizzes, word meanings marked "Explained by Belong", and Spanish translations are written by us to help you study. They are not official.
- USCIS can change the test, the questions or the rules. Some answers change with elections or appointments (for example the President, the Speaker or your senators). Belong shows the date its officials were last verified and updates them over the internet, but there can be a delay. Check the current answers and rules for your own case on uscis.gov.
- Speech recognition and answer checking are aids, not a judgement of how an officer would hear or grade your answer.

Your data
Your study progress and settings are stored on your device, not by us. They are not backed up to the cloud and cannot be recovered by us if your phone is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled. The Privacy Policy explains what the app sends and to whom.
Free features
Studying every civics question of your test, flashcards, practice quizzes, audio, My officials, progress and reminders are free, with no time limit, no ads and no account. One full mock interview and the first three N-400 questions are also free.
Belong Pro
Belong Pro adds unlimited mock interviews, smart review, reading and writing practice, all the N-400 questions, and Spanish shown beside the English. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there is nothing to renew.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms. We never see or store your payment details.
- You pay the price Google Play shows you at checkout, in your currency, which can differ from any figure on this website because of currency, local taxes and Google's regional pricing.
- Belong Pro is tied to the Google account you bought it with. Use "Restore purchase" in the app on a new phone with that account.
- Refunds are handled by Google under its refund policy, because the payment never passes through us. If something is not working, tell us anyway and we will try to fix it.
- Belong Pro covers Belong for Android for as long as we offer it. It does not extend to a different app or platform we might release later.
Pre-release builds
Any test build made available outside Google Play is for testing only, provided as is and without support. Purchases do not work in such builds.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; do not redistribute or resell it, or try to obtain Belong Pro without paying for it; and do not use it to break the law. We may end your access if you do.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop publishing the app. If we discontinue Belong, we will give reasonable notice on this website.
Ownership
Belong's name, logo, design, explanations, translations and code are owned by Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited. The official USCIS materials quoted in the app are public U.S. government works. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Disclaimer
Belong is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truetech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for the outcome of any test, interview or application. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Belong in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have consumer rights that these terms cannot override.
Ending these terms
You can end them at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach them. The disclaimer, liability and governing-law sections survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Belong after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Sindh have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you consumer rights or a local forum that cannot be contracted away, in which case those apply.
